Camillia Redding

Camillia Redding is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Political Science. Her research examines the relationship between marginalized interest groups and bureaucratic agencies in American politics. Other interests include race and ethnic politics, representation, and democratic responsiveness. She is a recipient of the Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship and has also held fellowships with the American Political Science Association and Empirical Implications of Theoretical Models (EITM). Prior to coming to Columbia, Camillia received her B.A. in Political Science with honors from the University of Rochester. She also worked as a congressional intern in the U.S. House of Representatives.
